1. Do you move furniture?
Yes! We’re happy to move furniture when requested by a client. In fact, we’ll block and tab your furniture to prevent staining or damage.
2. What do I need to do before you arrive to clean my carpet?
You don’t need to do anything to prepare for our visit. Please be prepared to advise our technician if there are any broken or loose furniture legs to watch out for or if you have any special requests. We’ll take care of the rest and sweat the details, so you don’t have to.
3. What if a stain returns?
The severity of the stain, the length of time it sat, and the depth and the nature of the stain can all make it a challenge to remove. Our technicians have great success with everyday wear and tear. If there is an area that proves to be more difficult, make sure the technician knows to address it with the proper application.
4. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Many factors affect how quickly your carpet will dry. We typically tell our clients 12-24 hours. However, the outdoor temperature and relative humidity can affect the drying time. The use of fans and air conditioning systems help to reduce the typical drying time.
